We are proud to announce that Carlos H. Perez Jr., P.E. passed his January 2021 PE Exam and finally received his P.E. number today!  Carlos has been with CHP for 5 years now. He started in  Construction Engineering and Inspection Department (CEI) and has been been working in Roadway Design for the past 2 years!

We couldn’t be more proud!
